The customer, Frealdo, had a problem with gypsum plate. They received 100-200 m3 material to their recycling plant and they crushed it by mobile crusher. The result was too unclean for recycling, they had to pay to get rid of paper and the quality of gypsum grain was not adequate.
The customer and Ramtec agreed to develop the process together and made test with MM104.
The result is clean paper which can be sold to recycling as well as gypsum grain can be sold to concrete factory. They have found MM so necessary that now they consider buying another bigger one. They get more production and can reduce recycling costs.
